Mercedes is giving its new small car range a much more modern cabin. This first official photo inside the new 2012 Merc B-class reveals a cockpit with distinctive round air vents from the SLK and a heavily stylised dashboard. The sharing of Porsche platforms could see the Benley Conti and Panamera using the same underpinnings. Porsche boss Michael Macht has revealed that now Porsche are effectively a VW company the sharing of platforms is not just viable but essential. And the man has a point.
Dutch supercar maker Vencer has announced the top three entries in its design contest, which challenged the global design community to submit ideas for its second model. The competition, launched in May last year, saw around 90,000 voters judging over 350 designs on its website. From these, the three with the most ‘likes' were chosen.
